Cruises1.com is a website for Contacts Unlimited's group cruise travel. Besides group cruises, Contacts Unlimited assists groups with air, hotel rooms and all aspects of group travel.
Although our story began in 1975 in the retail tour and travel industry, Contacts Unlimited has enjoyed a unique niche in the meeting and incentive industry for the past fifteen years. Perhaps it is easier to begin by stating what we are not! We are not a retail or corporate travel agency. We are not an incentive house. We are not a destination management company. However, we work with all three.
Perhaps we are best described as a travel broker. We bring buyers and suppliers together in a way that uniquely benefits both parties. No other company in the United States does exactly what we do.
In our role as a broker, we assist corporations, associations, independent meeting and conference planners, corporate planners, and hoteliers in obtaining access to rates unavailable to them or their clients through any other single source. We use our unique relationships and our volume to secure the best suppliers and products to meet specific needs.
